What is BRRRR?

  • Buy Off-market properties will be sourced at a discount.​

  • Rehab & Rent The house will be renovated to maximize market value and rent.​ It will then be leased to produce monthly cash flow.​

  • Refinance & Repeat After all the previous steps have been completed, the owner will then refinance. ​Then the process repeats.

How it Works?

The BRRRR Process

  • Peak will locate, assess, and negotiate off-market properties.​
  • Send to exclusive BRRRR investors​.
  • Contract will be assigned to the investor.​
  • Closing; Peak Lending will fund closing and rehab.

  • ​Peak management will manage the rehab of the property.
  • Once rehabbed, Peak Property Management will lease the property.
  • ​Peak Lending will assist you in the refinance to permanent debt.​
